For members on a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) you will now have first dollar coverage on certain preventative medications. Please click here to review all URx HDHP preventative medications. After your HDHP deductible has been met, all medications will continue to process in the designated URx co-pay tier (Tiers A-F).
